Individual Counseling

I work with adults and teenagers, in-person, in a one-on-one setting. We will work together to identify your unique goals through compassion, empathy, and humor and identify therapeutic interventions that best fit your needs.

Telehealth

I am also offering teletherapy through a secure video platform, so you can access counseling from the comfort of your home or office. This service is available for anyone living in the state of Montana.

insurance & Fees

Intake Assessment 60 mins: $175

Individual Therapy 55 mins (standard): $160

Individual Therapy 45 mins: $110

Policies

Payment

For clients who are using insurance, all co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. For private pay clients, the full session fee is due at the time of service. Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, or debit card

Insurance

It is the client's responsibility to be aware of their insurance coverage for mental health services prior to attending their first appointment. Likewise, if clients are using insurance benefits to cover the costs of counseling, a mental health diagnosis is required to submit to the insurance company. Insurance coverage is provided to services that are "medically necessary" so a diagnosis must be used during treatment. Contact Greg Kolwicz for any questions or concerns regarding insurance.
