About

  • I received degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA (2010). I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Montana in Missoula, MT (2020). I’ve received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Professional Resilience. I have clinical experience working with people from all walks of life and am well suited to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and spectrum disorders. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and hold an active license in the state of Montana as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

  • My therapeutic approach is relationship based and incorporates the belief that every individual is doing the best they can at any given moment. We will work together in identifying goals for counseling and focus on adapting new skills and behaviors for you to utilize in your day-to-day. I will call on you to teach me about your relationships with peers, families, and community as a way to better understand your values, expectations, and hopes for counseling.

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach is always person centered and I recognize that these modalities may not fit everyone’s needs. We will work together to identify therapeutic interventions that may serve you better.

Ultimately, my goal is to assist individuals with whom I am working in transcending their challenges and improving their ability to be present and life a live that is congruent with their values.
